RETURNED CHECKS

Should a check be returned to SAFE-WY, by the Bank, after it was presented as payment for products or services, a $200.00 fee will be assessed over and above the original invoice for payment. An additional $20.00 will be assessed for postage and handling.

Upon being notified, the delinquent party has 10 business days to correct the deficient funds and loss to SAFE-WY.

SAFE-WY reserves the right to continue attempts for payment of the invoice by any reasonable means.
